The 2023 harvest

As always, we collected the grapes in boxes, we took them to the cellar where we carried out very delicate pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature to maintain the varietal characteristics. Like every year, it has been a great emotion that we will try to transfer from our wines to your glasses.
